๐ง๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป competence. Credibility and reliability matter, but so do genuine connection and demonstrating care for others.
๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ connections. Better questions, authentic listening, and appropriate vulnerability transform ordinary conversations.
๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ intentional. Create opportunities for conversations and collaboration rather than leaving relationships to chance.
