A one off two-hour session
An accelerated course of four x two-hour sessions over twelve weeks.
A longer-term course designed to embed changes in approach with six x two-hour sessions over nine months.
The multiple-session courses are backed up by additional resources and the use of a mentoring platform to capture conversations, journal activity and set actions – leading to more accountability plus ongoing support between sessions.
