It was a pleasure to meet you and present to you during our focus on ‘Vulnerable Leadership’. I hope you found the session valuable.
I promised you some additional resources to follow up the presentation. Please find these below.
As promised, if you have asked any questions following the presentation, I will post my responses here w/c 27th January. Pleaset submit your questions here by next Friday (24th January).
You can download my key slides here. If you would like to explore how vulnerable you currently are, you can take my Support Scorecard here. It takes most people five to ten minutes to complete.
I promised to share my ‘Andy Guide to Mastermind Groups with you. Please download it here and speak to some of your cohort and arrange to support each other on your journey to headship. The book I read an extract from is ‘Shadows at Work‘ by Steven D’Souza. I don’t yet know when it’s being published, I read from the unsubmitted manuscript, so I imagine it will be much later this year. But keep your eyes peeled for it, it’s a fascinating read and very relevant to a couple of the scenarios we discussed.
Please also check out The Connected Leadership Podcast.
My books can all be found here. As promised, we have a free digital copy of Just Ask available for you here. You can download your copy as a PDF or in formats for Kindles and other tablets below.
Download Just Ask as a PDF file
Download Just Ask as an EPUB file

I hope that you enjoy these resources and find them useful. If you have any questions on anything we didn’t cover during the session, please do not hesitate to reach out. My email address is andy@lopata.co.uk and you can find me on LinkedIn here. Please just mention that you were at this session.
Please also look through this site while you’re here for a host of resources to support you with your professional relationships. And we will let you know when there are further resources on this page to support you in your journey from here.
Best wishes,
Andy
To open an EPUB file, most e-readers such as Kobo, Nook, and various tablet apps (e.g., Apple Books, Google Play Books) support this format. Simply download the EPUB file and open it within the respective e-reader app. On Kindle, EPUB files are not directly supported, but you can use Amazon’s free Send to Kindle service or convert the file using tools like Calibre before transferring it to your Kindle device.
For MOBI and PRC files, both are natively supported by Kindle devices, so you can transfer these files directly via USB or by emailing them to your Kindle email address (e.g., kindle@kindle.com. If you don’t know your Kindle email address, click here). On tablets and computers, apps like Kindle for Android, Kindle for iOS, and Kindle for PC/Mac allow you to open and read MOBI and PRC files after syncing them with your Amazon account.
For computer users, Calibre is a versatile tool to manage and convert digital book formats, supporting EPUB, MOBI, PRC, and other formats. It allows you to open and read ebooks directly or convert them for compatibility with your preferred device or app. Simply drag and drop the ebook into Calibre, and it will guide you through the process of transferring or converting the file for any platform.
