AI gives us instant answers, constant validation and conversations that rarely feel uncomfortable. But I’m increasingly wondering whether that’s quietly changing what we expect from the people around us.

Trust isn’t built through perfectly crafted responses. It’s built through disagreement, vulnerability, uncertainty and the occasional awkward conversation.

Could AI be making those moments feel less appealing?
